We advise digitizing artwork(s) for embroidery with a maximum height of 1.75 to 2.00 inches and a proportionate width for low-profile caps, as low-profile caps are unstructured and have a crown height of only two to three inches.

Every high-profile hat has a conspicuous front panel and a high crown size of around 4 inches or more. It is advised that the artwork(s) be digitized with a maximum height of 2.5″ and either extended to 2.75″ (which is not recommended) or proportionately widened for high-profile caps.
